Bucharest, August 12, 2025 – Sema Real Estate, one of the leading players in Romania’s real estate sector, announces a partnership with Romanian fintech company Finqware for the implementation of the FinqTreasury platform, a benchmark solution for the digitalization and automation of financial operations for companies in the real estate industry
Efficiently managing collections and payments, quickly verifying financial flows, and eliminating repetitive manual work are constant challenges in the real estate sector. In a context where portfolios are increasingly diversified and transactions occur at an accelerated pace, real estate companies require real-time operational control.
“Digitalization is currently one of our company’s strategic priorities, with the main goal of optimizing operations and ensuring compliance with current corporate governance standards. In this regard, we have invested in integrated technology solutions, such as ERP and CRM systems, designed to simplify internal processes and improve data management. Choosing the FinqTreasury platform reflects this approach by enabling real-time automation, extended visibility over financial flows, and a high level of traceability, with minimal manual intervention. It is a natural step toward the complete digitalization of the company, playing an essential role in supporting sustainable long-term growth and operational efficiency”
By implementing FinqTreasury, Sema Real Estate will benefit from real-time centralization of banking data from all group accounts and entities, regardless of partner financial institutions, through unified integration based on regulated APIs. The solution enables both real-time liquidity monitoring and payment initiation from a centralized hub, ensuring full traceability without the need to switch between multiple banking platforms.
Furthermore, API integration with internal ERP systems allows for the automatic reconciliation of incoming payments and significantly reduces the volume of manual tasks in finance departments. In an environment where speed, accuracy, and control are critical — and where money already moves through instant systems such as SEPA Instant or Plăți Instant (Transfond) in Romania — these capabilities provide real estate groups with superior operational efficiency and a scalable foundation for future growth.
FinqTreasury is already regarded as a standard solution in the real estate industry, being implemented by some of the largest groups in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, such as One United Properties and NEPI Rockcastle.
“The collaboration with Sema Real Estate strengthens FinqTreasury’s position as the industry standard for digitalizing financial management in the real estate sector. Any company in this field that seeks real-time control over financial flows, operational efficiency, and instant reporting should consider this solution. Financial automation is no longer an option, but a strategic necessity,”
