About Finqware & FinqLink

Finqware is a European fintech company building real-time financial data and payment infrastructure for enterprises. As a licensed Payment Institution, we design and operate next-generation solutions that turn Open Banking into real, scalable business value.

One of our strategic products is FinqLink, an account-to-account (A2A) payment solution designed to:

  • replace card payments where they are inefficient or expensive, and
  • create entirely new digital payment use cases in cash-heavy or under-digitized environments (distribution, invoicing, in-app flows, platforms)

FinqLink is already live in multiple real-market implementations, including:

  • white-label top-up solutions for digital banks,
  • in-app payments for large retail and distribution players,
  • payment links and QR-based invoice payments for leasing and financial services companies.

We are now looking for a Payments Innovation Program Manager to take full ownership of FinqLink’s market traction, commercial rollout, and product evolution.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end growth of FinqLink as a product and commercial program, with clear targets for transaction volumes and generated revenues.
  • Design and execute hands-on go-to-market plans, not just strategy:
    • direct commercial initiatives with key clients,
    • vertical-focused rollout plans (platforms, distribution, invoicing, in-app payments),
    • pilot projects converted into scalable deployments.
  • Identify, open, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships:
    • merchants and platforms,
    • banks and financial institutions,
    • system integrators via our FLIP – FinqLink Integration Partners program.
  • Act as the main interface between market needs and internal teams:
    • define, prioritize, and clearly articulate product and UX improvements,
    • work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver them.
  • Actively contribute to commercial execution:
    • support key sales discussions,
    • help structure commercial offers and value propositions,
    • remove friction in adoption and onboarding.
  • Track and report performance metrics (volumes, revenues, active partners, live use cases).
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team and report directly to the CEO.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure, in roles that combine product exposure with commercial responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • card payment ecosystems,
    • alternative payment methods (A2A, Open Banking),
    • cash-heavy market dynamics and how to digitize them.
  • Proven ability to:
    • work with technical teams on product improvements,
    • translate market feedback into concrete product requirements,
    • execute go-to-market initiatives, not just design them.
  • Comfortable operating across functions: product, tech, sales, partnerships.
  • Structured, hands-on, and outcome-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with payment processors, card schemes, or acquiring.
  • Exposure to large merchants, platforms, or distribution networks.
  • Experience working with system integrators or partner-led sales models.
