Not an internship. A real developer role from day one!

Finqware is looking for motivated and enthusiastic junior developers in their final years of studies in Computer Science or related fields.

This is a full-time role, designed as a 1-year contract with a 3-month probation period. Successful candidates will work on real fintech products, contributing to production systems, APIs, and financial infrastructure.

Based on performance, the role can transition into a full-time permanent position.

What will you do:

• • Contribute to the development of product features within the Finqware platform;
  • Build and maintain APIs and integrations with banking systems;
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on implementation, testing, and debugging;
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions;
  • Help improve system performance, scalability, and reliability;
  • Support the development of new features and technical initiatives.

You are a great fit if you:

• • Are in the final years of study or a recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Have basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Java)
  • Understand fundamentals of APIs, databases, and web technologies
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Are passionate about technology, fintech, and building real-world products
  • Can work well in a team environment
  • Have the ability to take initiative and drive results
