Our flagship enterprise solution, FinqTreasury, is a next-generation cash and treasury management platform that connects financial data and payment capabilities across all bank accounts a company holds, in real-time, through regulated and custom APIs.
FinqTreasury is already used by major enterprise clients across the region, and we are now expanding into Croatia.
We are now expanding our commercial team in Romania and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to develop the Croatian market and build a strong network of enterprise clients and referral partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead business development efforts for FinqTreasury in Croatia
- Identify and engage finance decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers)
- Develop relationships with enterprise companies and corporate groups
- Manage the full sales cycle:
- Prospecting
- Meetings
- Product presentations
- Commercial proposals
- Negotiations
- Contract signing
- Develop and activate referral partners through our affiliate program
- Build a sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Work directly with Finqware’s leadership team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Banking or financial services
- Payments or fintech
- SaaS or enterprise software
- ERP or financial systems
- Corporate consulting
- Existing network among:
- CFOs
- Finance Directors
- Controllers
- Corporate decision-makers
- Comfortable selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Languages:
- Croatian – fluent
- English – professional working proficiency
