Customer Success Manager

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Customer Success Manager at Finqware, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our corporate business customers using FinqTreasury. Your primary focus will be on customer maintenance, onboarding, and troubleshooting to address any challenges they may face. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of FinqTreasury within their treasury operations.
- Customer Maintenance: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for growth, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
- Data Connectivity: Oversee the real-time data connectivity with banks, ensuring uninterrupted communication and smooth integration with FinqTreasury.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs and resources to educate customers on the effective use of FinqTreasury, including navigating the dashboard UI.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including treasury teams, IT departments, and executive leadership, to align their goals with Finqware’s solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably in the banking, fintech or treasury management industry.
- Corporate banking Knowledge: Familiarity with cash management practices, processes, and challenges faced by mid to high corporate business customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a dedication to ensuring customer success.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
